Manufacturing Engineer Apprentice
Understanding how performance data can be improved through good quality engineering
Involvement in Machine Improvement days
Involvement in machine breakdowns
Development of core engineering skills
Involvement in process optimisation trials
Develop CAD skills using Solidworks
Develop an understanding of machine tooling
Involvement with machine builders during machine testing
Training:
The training will take place at University of Chichester (Bognor Campus)
The apprentice will then be located in Crawley at Welland for the remaining hours a week
The apprentice will be required to attend university on a Tuesday (all day) and a Wednesday (morning)
Training Outcome:
We develop apprentices for the future benefit of the company. The aim is to offer a suitable position for any candidate that successfully completes this course Apprenticeship.

Working Hours :
Monday – Thursday 8am – 4.45pm. Fridays – 8am – 1pm.
