Business Administration Apprenticeship
Act as the first point of contact for new client enquiries, either via phone, email, or in person. Provide a professional and welcoming experience for potential clients Accurately open new client files, ensuring that all necessary documentation is obtained, processed, and properly stored in line with the department’s procedures Provide adhoc secretarial duties, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and assisting with the preparation of legal documents and correspondence Assist with managing and responding to client queries, maintaining regular communication and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction Assist with general administrative tasks as needed, including data entry, filing, and document management
Skills and qualifications (desirable):
Previous experience in a legal or administrative role, ideally within conveyancing, is desirable but not essential Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively High level of attention to detail and accuracy Proficient in Microsoft Office A proactive and professional approach to work with a strong client-focused attitudeTraining:
