Apprentice Dental Nurse and Receptionist

Duties:

Assist dentists during dental procedures Prepare treatment rooms and instruments for dental procedures Maintain cleanliness and sterilisation of dental equipment Provide chair-side assistance to dentists Take and process X-rays Educate patients on oral hygiene practices Manage patient records accurately Ensure your surgery is safe and compliant by living and breathing our safety and regulatory standards in every aspect of your working day Build great relationships with your Dentist and practice support colleagues, working efficiently and effectively Take ownership for your continued professional development Keep calm under pressure Be able to use the latest systems and technology to help organise and provide patient care

 

Essential:

Skills in English to effectively communicate with patients and colleagues. Proficiency in IT systems related to dental practice is desirable.

We see a variety of patients and provide both NHS and Private dentistry treatments, so no two days are the same. Providing the best quality patient care on a day to basis can be a hugely rewarding career and if you have the following skills this could be a great opportunity for you.

Head Nurse will oversee your training.

Working Hours :
Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm, shifts, may work evenings and weekends.
