ServiceNow ITOM Technical Consultant - English Speaking

A leading ServiceNow partner in Saudi Arabia is looking for a ServiceNow ITOM Technical Consultant to support the design, development, and implementation of IT Operations Management (ITOM) solutions. This role offers the chance to work on complex projects, collaborate with expert teams, and contribute to the digital transformation of major organisations.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and configure ServiceNow ITOM solutions, including Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB, Event Management, Cloud Management, and AIOpsWork closely with architects, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective ITOM solutionsDevelop integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems to enhance automation and efficiencyProvide technical support and troubleshooting for ITOM-related issuesEnsure best practices are followed in configuration, customisation, and deployment of ITOM modules

Requirements:

Experience in ServiceNow ITOM development and implementationStrong understanding of CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Cloud ManagementHands-on experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, REST/SOAP integrations)Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and how they integrate with ServiceNowExcellent English communication skills (spoken and written)ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS-ITOM) is preferredWillingness to relocate to Saudi Arabia and work on-site
