Personal Training Apprenticeship Level 3

In this role, you will experience all areas of our health and fitness clubs and will build an understanding of what it takes to ensure our members have the best experience on their journey to reaching their goals.

Your main duties will include:

Maintaining standards on the gym floor, whcih icluded daily checks and cleaning Meet and greet arrivals Ensure all members have what they need Answering customers' questions and taking on board feedback Working with the full team to create a positive atmosphere Promote member retention and new member referrals. T Cross team working which includes working on reception, greeting customers and signposting them to the right activity. Work with the fitness team to create, plan and implement new classes and challenges to keep members engaged

As an apprentice, you will be:

Friendly and outgoing personality with ability to build rapport with members, visitors and staff Good listening skills with the ability to identify any action required Show empathy with members, visitors and staff A flexible, honest and open approach to all duties A team player setting a great example to others

Training:

Persona training appreticeship 

(Level 2 gym if required)

Training Outcome:

- A permanent position may be offered upon successful completion of the apprenticeship

Working Hours :
Monday – Sunday, 8hr shift across all open hours. Shifts TBC.
