The Role:

As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle, from business development to candidate placement. Your key duties will include:

Business Development: Identifying and securing new clients within the industrial sector. Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. Candidate Sourcing & Management: Headhunting, screening, and interviewing candidates. Sales & Negotiation: Closing deals and managing the offer process. Market Research: Staying ahead of industry trends to provide expert advice.
