Early Years Educator Apprenticeship at Wavertree C of E Primary School
Promote the welfare and safety of children, reporting any safeguarding concerns to the designated person. Support the planning and delivery of age-appropriate play activities that encourage development and learning. Work in partnership with parents, colleagues, and external professionals to meet individual needs. Help children understand healthy lifestyle choices through engaging, interactive activities. Use your knowledge of child development to support children requiring additional help. Provide care routines with respect and sensitivity, including feeding, nappy changing, and dental care. Support children during key transitions, such as starting school or changes at home. Assist in promoting children's numeracy, literacy, and language skills through creative play. Take an active role in your own professional development and meet deadlines set by your trainer-assessor. Engage fully with all aspects of your apprenticeship, guided by a dedicated mentor.

The successful candidate will obtain a Level 2 Early Years Educator Apprenticeship standard qualification.

Working Hours :
Monday to Friday, 8:45am to 3:15pm, with a 30-minute lunch break.
