Travel Sales Consultant Apprenticeship

Assist customers in booking our UK and European coach holidays
and day trips Deliver excellent customer service both in person and over the
phone Use internal booking systems to manage customer reservations Gain in-depth knowledge of our travel products and services to
confidently advise customers Handle payments and assist with cash handling Maintain accurate customer records Liaise with suppliers and support product delivery Keep point-of-sale materials and promotions up to date Support the day-to-day operations of the holidays department Follow all company policies and procedure

Training:

An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation. At least 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying.

Training Outcome:

Possible progression onto further employment within the business and onto higher apprenticeships.
