Apprentice Food and Beverage Team Member

Assist in setting up the counter for the day's trade, cooking meats, pies and pastries. Serve customers and offer excellent customer service. Make coffee, serve rotisserie chicken and other quality food and drink products. Organise stock, stock rotation, and ensure cleanliness standards remain high.

Training:
The Apprentice will work towards their Apprenticeship Standard in Food and Beverage Team Member Level 2. The successful candidate will be assigned a dedicated assessor who will provide support and guidance throughout the course. This is a Day Release programme, which means you will attend Lincoln/Newark College, 1 day per week, term time only. This will fall within your contracted working hours.

Training Outcome:

Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, you will continue to develop your career within the team.

Employer Description:
The Meatery is an independent high-class butchers shop in Gainsborough. Located next to Clock House Gastrobar at 1 Lord Street, we have been proud to supply the Clock House since its establishment in 2021 from our internal butchery department.

Working Hours :
6-hour shifts per week between the hours of 7:00am and 4:30pm, Tuesday to Saturday.
