Business Administration Apprentice
As an apprentice, you will support the International Customer Services team with administrative tasks, helping to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations. You’ll develop valuable skills in communication, organisation, and customer service, laying the foundation for a successful career in business.
Provide general administrative support including filing, data entry, photocopying, and scanning documents. Answer telephone calls and respond to emails in a professional manner. Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes. Maintain accurate records and update internal databases. Support other teams with routine tasks as requested by your line manager. Greet visitors and handle incoming and outgoing mail. Help with the preparation of reports and presentations. Support at customer and visitor events. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.Training Outcome:
