Metal Fabricator Apprentice

Measuring and marking out sheet materials  Cutting, folding, bending and shaping operations Assisting with assembly, welding and finishing tasks  Learning to use guillotines, folders, rollers, press brakes and hand tools  Learn to interpret engineering drawings, job cards and work instructions Understand Materials, tolerances and fabrication methods 

Training:
An apprenticeship allows you to earn a wage, gain valuable work experience and industry specific competence You will be expected to work towards the Metal Fabricator Level 3, with support from your employer and the Chesterfield College Group

Training Outcome:
Full time position with company

Monday - Thursday, 7.00am - 3.30pm and Friday, 7.00am - 1.00pm
