Greet and seat customers in a warm and professional manner Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently Serve dishes and beverages with attention to detail and presentation Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area Support the team with setting up and closing down the restaurant Handle customer queries and feedback with confidence and positivity Learn and apply food safety, allergen awareness, and service standards Participate in training sessions and complete coursework on time

Hospitality Team Member Level 2 Work based learning

Training Outcome:

Depending on the circumstances of the business upon completion of the apprenticeship programme there could be a potential position of employment available.

Working Hours :
Typical Shift Pattern: 11.00am – 5.00pm and 5.00pm – 10.00pm. Hours and days to be discussed at interview, you will need to be flexible as you will need to work weekends.
