Electrical Maintenance Engineer – FM Service Provider – Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire

CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for Electrical Maintenance Engineers to join an established building services company based in Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire. The role is situated within a commercial office environment, where you will be responsible for carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance as part of an experienced maintenance team.

Hours of work:
Hours: 07:30am – 16:30pmMonday - Friday Rate:  £25 per hourImmediate start requiredKey Responsibilities
Small electrical installations, fault-finding, and lighting maintenanceEmergency lighting testingControl panel maintenanceReplacing ballastsMonitoring the BMS (Building Management System) for heating and cooling systemsGeneral M&E and fabric maintenanceLogbook updates and compliance reportingBasic plumbing tasks (e.g. unblocking toilets)Maintenance of pumps, motors, and other building systemsRequirements
