Property Litigation Paralegal

A highly recognisable and well established law firm is looking for a Senior Property Litigation Paralegal to join their team at either their offices near Preston or Manchester.
The role will involve supporting senior solicitors in the department as well as some handling of your own caseload of matter including:

- Serving and responding to s25 and s26 notices
- Dilapidations Processes
- Section 20 procedures
- Leasehold Disputes
- Adverse Possession
- Using the HM Land Registry Portal
- Boundary Disputes.

 
Previous experience and knowledge within property litigation department  is essential, but would consider someone with strong litigation experience looking to expand and have a strong interest to work and develop within the Property Litigation sector.
 
Salary on the role ranges from £24k-£30k and dependant on experience, includes option for hybrid working options after initial training, 33 days annual leave + bank holidays as well as fantastic progression opportunities.
