Assist in the preparation and cooking of dishes to company standards
Maintain high levels of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen
Follow food safety and health & safety procedures

Training:
Production Chef apprenticeship Level 2.
Day release at Middlesbrough College.
Training Outcome:
Depending on the circumstances of the business upon completion of the apprenticeship programme there could be a potential position of employment available.

Working Hours :
Typical Shift Pattern 11.00 am – 5.00 pm 5.00 pm – 10.00 pm. Hours and days to be discussed at interview, you will need to be flexible as you will need to work weekends.
