Apprentice Metal Fabricator

Duties will include, but will not be limited to:

Reading and interpreting technical drawings to prepare for fabrication tasks using steel, aluminium, and other metals. Cutting, shaping, and assembling metal components using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment under supervision. Assisting with the installation and maintenance of fabricated structures on-site, gaining exposure to real-world engineering environments.

Training:
The Apprentice will work towards their Apprenticeship Standard in L3 Metal Fabricator. The successful candidate will be assigned a dedicated assessor who will provide support and guidance throughout the course. This is a Day Release programme which means you will attend Lincoln College, term time only. This will fall within your contracted working hours.

Training Outcome:
Permanent position as a Metal Fabricator.

Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm.
