Job Title              Premium Suites Manager Salary:                 £37,000 Location:            LondonOur client, who is a large events catering company, has an exciting opportunity for a Premium Suites Manager to join their team at their large -scale London Stadium.

The Premium Suites Manager will be responsible for the planning and delivery of a first-class service to the internal customers base and all customers within the venue.What you will get:

Key responsibilities
To lead the operations on match days and non-matchdays in our client’s premium VIP boxes.Assist the Hospitality team in delivering the planning and presentation of the food and beverage offer to customers.Work closely with the client to make sure all customer requests are adhered to.Build a strong relationship with the client by attending regular meetings.Help manage the budget and costs regarding match and event days.
What do we require from you?
At least three years’ experience working as a manager in premium hospitality, looking after VIP guests, clients and bespoke customer requirementsA good knowledge of the events catering industry.Ideally has experience working in a stadium.A positive and kind approach to your work and the confidence to make your own decisions.
