🔧 Your Role:


As the Shift Leader, you will oversee day-to-day operations of engineering services across a mission-critical data centre. You'll lead a team of multi-skilled engineers, ensuring compliance, safety, and performance across all technical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and coordinate a team of shift engineersManage the delivery of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasksEnsure high standards of health & safety, risk management, and complianceRespond swiftly and effectively to critical incidents and faultsOversee contractor activity and enforce safe systems of workMaintain accurate site records and operational documentationConduct shift handovers and ensure seamless team communicationCollaborate with clients and stakeholders to ensure service excellence
🎯 What We’re Looking For:

Electrically qualified (City & Guilds Level 3)18th Edition certifiedHV Authorised or strong HV/LV experience preferredProven experience in a critical or commercial building services environmentStrong understanding of UPS, Generators, HVAC, and BMS systemsExcellent leadership, organisational, and communication skillsExperience working in a 24/7 engineering environment
