Project Manager, RC Frame - Essex

Our Client is a dynamic and rapidly growing construction firm known for delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.

With a focus on innovation and excellence, we are seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager with expertise in groundworks and reinforced concrete (RC) frames to join their dedicated team.
We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager specialising in groundworks and RC frames to oversee and manage a construction project in Essex.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects, a deep understanding of groundworks, RC frame and basement construction, and excellent leadership and communication skills.
Requirements:

SMSTS & First Aid.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager with a focus on groundworks and RC frames.
In-depth knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Working References - Essential.
