We’re working with a high-end hotel group in Boston that’s looking for a new HR Manager to join their team. They want someone who’s people-focused, great with culture, and comfortable in a fast-paced hospitality environment. It’s a great role for someone who loves building strong teams and is looking to grow with a well-respected brand.

The Role

Support recruitment and onboarding processesOversee employee relations and conflict resolutionManage HR policies, procedures, and complianceCoordinate training and development initiativesDrive employee engagement and culture effortsHandle performance reviews and documentation

What they are looking for:

Previous experience in an HR role, ideally coming from a hotelStrong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and complianceGreat communication and interpersonal skills, high level of discretionComfortable handling employee relations and conflict resolutionProactive, approachable, and team-focused
