Opportunity for entrepreneurial Managing Director to drive continued success with successful Wiltshire based stone and masonry design company.


The Role
As Managing Director you will be responsible for day-to-day operations, managing a team of passionate, skilled sales & design experts, helping set new standards in quality and innovation, taking the business on its next growth chapter.

Responsibilities will include:

developing / executing strategic plan
accountability for financial performance & budgets, ensuring / driving profitability & sales growth
managing / expanding client relationships
representing company to external stakeholders
compliance with UK legislation including HSE / employment law / GDPR
working closely with the Board / regular reporting on KPIs
acting as brand and business ambassador

The Person
As Managing Director you will have a record of success as a senior SME manager, and a commercial focus on sales and marketing.

Experience / knowledge of interior design industry is desirable, while a passion for design / commitment to quality and excellence is essential.
