Practice Auditor

London Borough of Camden are on the lookout for a Children Safeguarding and Social Work (CSSW) Practice Auditor to join their QA Service.
This is a Full Time Locum Social Work role.

Your responsibilities as a CSSW Practice Auditor:

Supervising team of QA and Practice development roles
Supervising the designated LADO and policy officer
Auditing CSSW case files and collaboration with social work teams
Undertaking audits, dip samples and other QA activity for practice week and monthly practice audits, developing practice development/learning sets
Developing overview reports and developing and following up action plans
Undertaking other duties as determined by Head of QA, Practice and audit leads

Requirements of you as an CSSW Practice Auditor:

A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree/DipSW/CQSW)
A valid Social Work England registration
Have competent knowledge and experience of Quality Assurance, LADO, TM
A valid UK driving licence and car is essential to this role

Umbrella pay rate: £45.00 per hour
