FRA Project Manager - Enfield
Do you have excellent project management skills, with experience of managing multiple complex contracts over a number of locations at the same time?Confident in your ability to oversee and manage a multi-disciplinary team which includes QS, Surveyors, Clerk of Works and Resident Liaison Officers?If this is you we have a client within the Public Sector based in North London who is currently recruiting for a Major Works Project Manager to join their council housing team as soon as possible.
The client is offering a full time, temporary position on an ongoing basis with the ideal candidate having experience of working within a local authority within a housing capital environment.
The Role Key purpose of the role is to support head of service on project and programme management activities which relate to any of the projects/programmes that are ongoingKey responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Programme & Project Management
Strategic Management
Professional/Technical Management
Promotion, Communication & Stakeholder Engagement
The Candidate To be considered for this role you will require a relevant professional qualification eg.
HNC or HND in Building or equivalent through training and experienceThe below skills would be beneficial for the role:
Able to deliver successful outcomes from procurement and contract admin process
Excellent project management skills
Knowledge of performance management systems
The client is looking to move quickly with this role and as such are offering £1,900 - £ 2,000 Per Week Umbrella LTD Inside IR35.
