Housing Litigation Lawyer

Service Care Legal are recruiting on behalf of a London-based local authority who are seeking a Housing Litigation Lawyer to join their team on a contract basis.

ROLE: Housing Litigation Lawyer LOCATION: London RATE: £35.00 to £50.00 per hour CONTRACT: 3 months ongoing contract
Please note that this position is hybrid and would require office attendance 2 days per week.


The Role of the Housing Litigation Lawyer

To manage and progress a full caseload of Housing Litigation through to completion
Matters will include possession claims, housing disrepair, anti-social behaviour and homelessness
To attend court when required to do so

The Person

A qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Barrister with Housing Law experience
Previous local authority experience would be highly desirable for this position
Comfortable in progressing full caseloads of complex housing matters through to completion
