Account Executive Apprentice - Print Marketplace Team

The Print Marketplace (PMP) team are responsible for handling all customer enquiries through APS’ exciting and innovative print portal for wider public sector customers.

Skills required:

Experience of print management or a customer services background is preferred. Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure; able to deal with several enquiries simultaneously through various contact channels, e.g. email, phone and chat A positive and passionate approach to your work, reliable and flexible. Have experience in using multiple online portals to manage workload and enquiries Proactive approach to identifying and using own initiative to drive savings A commitment to providing customers with a first-class service

Training:

As an apprentice, you will work with your training provider, BPIF Training, who will provide full academic support. We offer extensive in-house, on-the-job training to set you on the path to a successful career within The APS Group.

Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, you will achieve a Level 3 Business Administrator standard. You will be provided regular time within your normal working hours to meet the requirements of your apprenticeship programme. Training will take place via interactive online workshops, along with regular 1–1 sessions with your dedicated BPIF Training Coordinator.



Training Outcome:

Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, a full-time role may be available, subject to business needs.

Working Hours :
Monday to Friday, specific working hours to be agreed with the successful candidate.
