Apprentice Receptionist & General Administrator

Serve patients and visitors by greeting and helping them, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records and accounts. Welcome patients and visitors in person or on the telephone, and answering or referring inquiries. Optimise patients’ satisfaction, provider time, and treatment room utilisation by scheduling appointments in person or by telephone. Maintain patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial information. Protect patients’ rights by maintaining confidentiality of medical and personal information. Maintain operations by following policies and procedures, reporting needed changes. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. To provide and maintain excellent levels of customer service, providing a prompt and efficient response to enquiries  Scanning and filing of documents  Processing of emails  Assisting the team and Manager with day to day duties

Training:

You will be enrolled at Rotherham College; giving you the training and support you need to become an all-rounded and qualified administrator. You would have regular tutor sessions and constant access to support both face to face and on line classes.

You will undertake The Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship standard.  

Training Outcome:

Successful completion of the apprenticeship could lead to a higher-level apprenticeship or full-time employment for the right candidate.

Working Hours :
Shift pattern is 7.15am 3.15pm, 9.00am - 5.00pm or 12.00pm - 8.00pm, Monday to Friday plus every other Saturday, 7.00am - 12.30pm.
