Senior Finance Business Partner - IBDReporting to:        Group FP&A ManagerDirect reports:      NoLocation:              Hybrid - 3 days WFH, Monday and Wednesday London officeSalary:                 Up to £70,000Role SummaryWe are working with a brilliant education business who are growing their portfolio across the UK.

The organisation is expanding their International development team in order to increase student numbers across all areas of learning.

This role is ideal for an experienced FP&A professional with a strong background in budgeting, performance management and business intelligence, who is looking for a role where they can have real business impact on an international scale.Key Responsibilities:
Working closely with the leadership team to manage budget, and strategy and look for growth opportunities.

 Take the lead on divisional budget development.Manage Monthly recharging process.Lease and develop relationships with key stakeholders.Manage the forecast, identify risks and opportunities.Gather and manage data, driving insights and analysis to support divisional teamBusiness partners across the divisionSupport leadership team with assessment and review of new projects and initiatives, utilising data to do so.Monitor capex spent on projects, ensuring the correct application of capitalisation rules and performance against budget and business case.Support at group level on an ad hoc basis
Skills and experience
5+ years PQEExcellent academics.        Strong attention to detail, able to produce and review financial data to ensure accuracy.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to identify issues, develop solutions, and drive implementation.Ability to critically analyse complex financial data, identify patterns, and draw meaningful conclusions.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic & global environment and adapt to changing priorities.Highly motivated, driven, and self-directed individual.Skill in presenting financial information visually through charts, graphs, and reports.Skill in delivering clear and impactful presentations to internal and external audiences.Strong communication and relationship-building skills; the ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-finance management, and the ability to provide support and productive challenge to management in order to achieve positive outcomes.
