The Role:

As a Gardener, you will play a pivotal role in various maintenance projects, creating and executing innovative planting designs and maintaining exterior planting schemes.

Requirements:

? Previously worked as a Gardener, Horticulture Assistant or in a similar role.
? At least of 2 years practical amenity horticulture experience.
? Experience in commercial gardening.
? A strong passion for horticulture and extensive plant knowledge.
? Valid UK drivers license.


Responsibilities:

? Prepare and install new planting schemes.
? Collaborate with clients, adhering to project briefs.
? Identifying issues through plant health assessments.
? Offering clients actionable recommendations for resolution.
? Perform general maintenance tasks for exterior planting schemes.
