Location: Nottingham, Nottinghamshire

Salary: £30,000 per year + Excellent Benefits

Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4:30pm

The Client:

Our client is a premium vending solution provider specialising in a diverse range of vending options and providing cutting-edge vending solutions tailored to their client needs.

The Role:

As a Service Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in collaborating with the Client Service Manager to refurbish, install, and provide machine training, along with overseeing the engineering warehouse.

Responsibilities:

? Set up and test machines in preparation for delivery and installation.
? Refurbish second-hand machines.
? Assist in site surveys and machine installations / uplifts when required.
? Deliver outstanding customer service.
? Train customers on machine operation post-installation.
? Assist in the inventory audit of the engineering workshop.
? Provide cover and support during holidays.
? Offer training support for internal operators and engineers based on management meeting findings.
? Maintain a clean, organised engineering workshop.
? Fulfil any reasonable requests from your line manager.


Requirements:

? Previously worked as an Installation Engineer, Field Engineer, Service Engineer or in a similar role.
? Possess experience in an engineering role.
? Understanding and practical experience in electrical systems.
? Strong communication and problem - solving skills.
? Valid UK driving licence.
