Executive Chef – Luxury Hotel Location: Nashville, TN Salary: $120,000 - $135,000 Benefits: Relocation Package, Temporary accommodation, PTO, Full Benefits, BonusThe Company: We are excited to be working with an independent 5-star prestige hotel in Nashville, known for its exceptional service.
We are looking for an Executive Chef who will be responsible for overseeing and managing all culinary aspects of the hotel.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the succession of this luxury property.Duties of the Executive Chef:
Lead and inspire a team of culinary professionals to maintain the highest standards of quality and innovation in food preparation and presentation.Create and curate innovative, diverse menus that showcase a range of international cuisines while considering guest preferences, dietary restrictions, and the use of locally sourced ingredients.Manage food and labor costs effectively, ensuring profitability while delivering extraordinary dining experiences.Cultivate strong relationships with high-quality ingredient suppliers and oversee the procurement of the finest ingredients.Recruit, train, and lead the kitchen team, fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and creativity.Maintain impeccable cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the kitchen.Strive to exceed guest expectations by delivering memorable dining experiences and addressing feedback effectively.Stay updated with culinary trends and innovative techniques, remaining flexible to create customized dining experiences for special events, catering, and unique guest requests.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Executive Chef in a 5* luxury hotel, showcasing exceptional culinary skills and creativity.Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills, inspiring and motivating the culinary team.A degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent culinary education is preferred.Demonstrated ability to manage costs, control expenses, and maintain financial goals.Willingness to work flexible hours and adapt to various dining preferences and dietary restrictions.Knowledge of food safety and health regulations, and a commitment to maintaining top-tier cleanliness and hygiene standards.Experience in sourcing and maintaining strong relationships with high-quality ingredient suppliers.
