£22,000 - £23,000 + Hybrid Working + Great BenefitsAs a result of sustained commercial growth, a highly organised and proactive Office Administrator is required to provide a broad ranging office support service for a world leading provider of radiation protection services who have for 30 years worked proudly at the forefront of Medical Physics.IRS are the largest single provider of radiation protection and associated services to users of ionising and non-ionising radiations.
Working closely with the NHS and private hospital sectors, their customer base also includes veterinary and dental practitioners, small individual and large group practices, as well as security, industrial and education sector organisations.In order to provide a firm foundation for future success, the highly organised and proactive Office Administrator will help resolve day-to-day customer requests via telephone and email.
The successful candidate will have the ability to quickly become an effective member of the team, using their strong interpersonal and communication skills, excellent attention to detail and positive attitude to drive further sustainable efficiencies across the team.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately recording and processing all customer queries received via telephone or email.
Providing administrative support directly to IRS’s Scientific and Technical team.
Booking accommodation and travel arrangements for staff.
Providing excellent customer support via telephone and email communication.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records at all times
Skills & Experience
Minimum of 1-year of commercial telephone/reception and customer service experience
GCSE Grades A* - C (or equivalent) for English & Maths
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, and Word)
Good interpersonal communication skills with the ability to build professional relationships quickly
