A leading social care provider in Harrow is currently looking for an experienced Registered Manager to join their team to come and manage a 3 bedded EBD Childrens Home.

On offer is a salary of £55,000 plus a £3000 performance related bonus.

Requirements:

Previous experienceas a Regional Manager for Children Service
Car driver
Level 3 qualification Children and young people workforce
Level 5 In leadership and management
Strong knowledge of legislation and safeguarding procedures


Responsibilities:


Act as the Responsible Individual under OFSTED regulations
Ensure the provision of quality services
Successful lead a team of Support Staff
