The Client:

Our client is a well - established chartered accountancy firm with a legacy spanning over decades.

They provide expert financial services to a diverse range of clients, including SMEs, large corporates, Not for Profit organisations, and high-net worth individuals.

The Role:

They are looking for a Tax Manager to join their dynamic Private Client team.

Your role involves supporting Head of Tax, in managing a substantial portfolio of UHNW (Ultra High Net Worth) clients within our dynamic and driven team.

Responsibilities:

? Managing and overseeing portfolio billing.
? Acting as the secondary point of contact for key clients.
? Supervising junior staff, offering guidance, and resolving inquiries.
? Participating in client pitches and engaging in business development activities.
? Identifying opportunities for business development and cross-selling.
? Offering advanced technical guidance and collaborating with Directors and Partners when required.
? Overseeing the regulatory compliance procedures for clients.


Requirements:

? Previous experience working as a Tax Manager or in a similar role.
? At least 6 years of personal tax experience in a practice setting.
? Experience in tax return review, client portfolio management, and commercial acumen in billing and marketing.
? Background in managing non-domiciled individuals and high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs).
? A blend of corporate and personal tax experience.
? CTA qualified and familiarity with Digital software.

(Preferred)
? Skilled in Microsoft Office.
