The Client:

Our client is a highly successful Mechanical, Electrical & Public Health Services Engineering firm with a strong presence in the construction industry.

The Role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an MEP Revit / CAD Technician to join their dynamic team.

Youll work on diverse MEP projects, from design to installation.

Requirements:

? Previous experience of at least 3 years in Building Services Co-ordination
? Proficiency in Revit MEP, Fabrication Software, Navisworks Manage, AutoCad MEP, and MS Office
? Demonstrated ability to produce meticulously coordinated working drawings with a strong emphasis on presentation for installation.
? Familiarity with project and company standards.
? Access to personal transportation is mandatory.


Responsibilities:

? Collaborate with Design Managers on large projects
? Produce co-ordinated drawings in Revit MEP and AutoCAD
? Contribute to MEP projects at all stages.
? Interpret specifications and technical submittals.
? Adhere to industry and company standards.


Work Hours:

? Monday - Thursday, 7:30 am - 5:30 pm,
? Friday, 7:30 am - 4:30 pm
