The Client:

Our client is an established multi-disciplinary architectural firm committed to crafting sustainable environments.

Operating Globally and Nationally, they have a diverse portfolio of award-winning projects spanning public and private sectors.

The Role:

They are looking for an Architectural Technologist to join their team.

Your role involves collaborate closely with the studios Associate Director and project architects, taking charge of compiling, arranging, researching, and generating technical data throughout the projects evolution.

Responsibilities:

? Leading projects from RIBA Stage 4 (Detail Design) through to RIBA Stage 6 Completion/Handover.
? Collating and organising technical information.
? Investigating factors affecting projects, including client requirements and regulatory compliance.
? Conduct on-site inspections and document findings.
? Generate necessary drawings, plans, and documentation for the Contractor.
? Working in conjunction with the contractor on Design & Build projects.
? Preparing and presenting detailed design proposals.
? Advising on deliverables programming.
? Contributing to the detailed design process.
? Reviewing and incorporating strategy reports into the design package.
? Preparing specifications for construction work.
? Preparing documents for statutory approvals.
? Undertaking structured Continued Professional Development (CPD)


Requirements:

? Previous experience working as an Architectural Technologist or in a similar role.
? Skilled in BIM and 3D environment experience.
? Knowledge of clash detection and consultant coordination.
? ArchiCAD experience (desirable).
? Experience in medium to large-scale residential and educational sector projects (Preferable).
