Location: Sheffield / Westerham / London / Birmingham (Hybrid)

Salary: £45k - £60k per year + Excellent Benefits

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent, 3 days per week

The Role:

They are looking for a BIM Manager to join their dynamic team.

You will play a pivotal role in maintaining the quality and efficiency of BIM applications as well as in providing BIM training to staff across multiple offices.

Responsibilities:

? Provide BIM support and troubleshooting assistance.
? Aid project teams in model setup and BIM output delivery.
? Enhance consistency and quality of BIM applications and outputs.
? Evaluate the excellence of BIM models and aid teams in enhancing the precision and dependability of modelling and data outputs.
? Analyse information requirements and guide implementation.
? Plan and implement new software and versions, collaborating on testing and template development.


Requirements:

? Previous experience working as a BIM Manager or in a similar role.
? Skilled in ArchiCAD or Revit for UK construction projects over £5M.
? Experience in model checking, validation, verification, and data outputs.
? Methodical approach to achieving successful outcomes.
? Experience in Solibri (Preferable).
