CBW is currently recruiting for a Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer to cover a number of commercial sites in SM, CR, SE and DA postcodes.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in commercial AC building maintenance with an all-around understanding of most M&E/Fabric plants.

He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive maintenance.

In return, the company are offering a competitive salary paying up to £46,000, a company vehicle, and a fuel card.

Duties: PPM & Reactive maintenanceAir conditioning and refrigeration - Service/maintenanceYour main duties will be service and maintenance on split systems, VRVs, VAVs and VRFs, AHUs, FCUs, Chillers and all HVAC and refrigeration plants.Building services knowledge  Hours of work & SalaryBasic Salary of up to £47,00025 days holiday + Bank HolidaysMonday to Friday working 07:30am – 17:30pmCompany VehicleFull company uniform30 mins travel each side. OT at 1.5 for during the week and Saturdays and x2 for weekends.Full expensed van and mobile phone and uniformPrivate use of the van RequirementsNVQ Level 2 Refrigeration & Air conditioningF-Gas 2079 Cat 1 (Essential)Good Air conditioning maintenance knowledgeExtensive experience working within commercial environmentsFull UK Drivers Licence (Clean) Experience working in a mobile role  If you are interested please get in touch with Alex Denton of CBW Staffing Solutions to avoid missing out!
