TheDivisional Financial Controller will work collaboratively and support a portfolio of both select and full-service hotels, located across the UK.As Divisional Financial Controller, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial operations of our hotel portfolio.

Reporting to the Director of Finance, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial performance of 17+ hotels, insuring compliance with financial policies, and providing strategic financial guidance to optimise profitability and efficiency.Candidate Profile
Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field of study including ACCA / CIMA / CA qualified.Business Partner experience working in an operation environment with the ability to see the bigger pictureExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesConfident presenting to Owners/Senior Management levelDemonstrated leadership and people management skills.Proven track record in financial leadership rolesStrong understanding of hotel financial operations, revenue management, and cost control.
