Salary: £43k - £49k per year + Excellent Benefits

Our client, a well-established chartered accountancy firm is committed to work-life balance and providing unparalleled service to clients.

They are looking for a Corporate Finance & Forensic Services Executive to join their team.

Your role involves assisting in servicing their clientele and handling ad hoc projects as directed by them.

This role is a 50/50 split between corporate finance and forensic services projects.

The candidates will be working alternately between these areas, working six weeks in each.

Experience in corporate finance & Forensic Services would be beneficial but not essential as training will be provided.

Responsibilities:

? Engage in activities such as acquisitions, divestitures, corporate reorganisations, due diligence, appraisals, fundraising, and various spontaneous projects.
? Compile forensic accounting reports, including quantifying losses, appraising businesses, and resolving matrimonial disputes.
? Conduct research and compile corporate finance bid / proposal documents and related materials for Partner review.
? Ensure compliance with internal procedures.
? Establish assignment financial plans with the Partner, track advancement relative to the budget, and furnish input to the Partner.


Requirements:

? Previously worked as an Audit Senior, Forensic Accountant, Finance Executive or in a similar role.
? Demonstrate strong communication abilities, both in written and verbal forms.
? ACA / ACCA or finalist Qualified
