Role OverviewAs a Commercial Account Handler, you’ll work closely with Account Executives to manage client relationships, process renewals and adjustments, and liaise with insurers to secure the best terms.
Key Responsibilities Handle policy renewals, mid-term adjustments, and general queries Provide exceptional client service and support Liaise with insurers to negotiate competitive terms Assist with claims handling and administrative tasks About You Experience in insurance broking (commercial or personal lines) is essential Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Cert CII qualification (or a willingness to work towards it) What’s On Offer?
