Sales Executive
Salary: £22,050 per annum, with uncapped commission – OTE £26k
Location: Bournemouth, Dorset
Hours: Monday – Thursday 9.00am – 6.00pm, Friday 9.00am – 3.30pm

Our client, a well-established business in Bournemouth, is looking for an enthusiastic and eager individual to join their successful and growing team.

You will be provided full training and support to become a high performing Sales Executive.

There are also some great opportunities to progress into account management within the company.

As a Sales Executive, you will liaise with existing customers (no cold calling) to understand their motivations and requirements in order to be able to describe, upsell and cross sell new product ranges relevant to them.

Our client is looking for someone wanting to start or progress their sales career with a confident telephone manner; in return you will be part of a very motivating team working to extremely realistic targets and receive a competitive basic and uncapped commission.

Main Responsibilities:

Liaising with existing customers to understand their motivations and requirements
Advising customers of new products, explaining the benefits of adding them to their collections
Upselling and cross selling product ranges
Processing customer orders through our in-house system
Negotiating and closing sales
Working to realistic targets
Keeping the CRM system updated

In order to be successful in this role, you will require:

Confident communicator with an excellent telephone manner
Hard working and target driven
Able to spot opportunities and maximise sales
Negotiating and closing sales
