Construction Site Supervisor Apprentice

Key Responsibilities:

Have a good level of understanding in general construction. Responsible for being the point of contact between workers. Coordinating tasks for the day including but not limited to creating schedules for workers. Activities on site are in line with health and safety procedures including conducting Toolbox talk. Ensure the project is delivered on time and on budget by setting benchmarks, agreeing budgets and monitoring progress.

Key Skills Required:

Have exceptional written and spoken English. IT literate and can learn to use the latest cloud software products for health safety and construction management. Be highly self-motivated. Have exceptional attention to detail and a right first-time attitude.

The Graduate/Apprentice Quantity Surveyor will become a key member of the team and tasked with delivering a variety of exciting projects with a contract value from £500 - £4.5m.

Working Hours :
Monday to Friday, shifts to be confirmed.
