Assisting the Asset Manager with a mixed residential and commercial portfolio
Organising minor and major works and supervising contractors
Undertaking property inspections
Liaising with property management accounts department
Liaising with landlord clients
Liaising with tenants
General office administration

Training:
Apprentices will be required to complete a Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) accredited BSc/BSc(Honours) or (where the apprentice already holds a Level 6 degree and subject to an assessment of prior learning) an RICS accredited Post Graduate Diploma or MSc that states it is linked to this apprenticeship

Training Outcome:
Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, the next stage would be to undertake the Assessment of Professional Competence (APC), leading to qualification as an RICS Chartered Surveyor.

Working Hours :
Monday to Friday, 8.45am to 5.30pm.
