IT Support Apprentice

Staging and configuring a variety of retail hardware including workstations, servers, printers, networks and vendor specific hardware and software. Building system databases with customer information. Repairing equipment when required. Logging all support desk interactions in our ticketing system. Escalating problems to other departments as needed.

Training:

An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation. At least 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying.

Training Outcome:

The role offers long-term security and the opportunity to progress into a permanent position.

Working Hours :
The working hours are Monday - Friday, 8.00am - 5.00pm.
