Apprentice Business Administrator
Accurately entering and managing data
Accurately filing and/ or uploading documents
Creating and managing customer bookings
Supporting customers to choose services – in person and over the phone
Taking payments and arranging payment plans
Manning our front-desk and greeting visitors
Assisting with ad-hoc tasks as required by the wider team
Communicating professionally with clients, colleagues, stakeholders, and industry professionals by phone, email and face-to-face
Working in a fast-paced environment where adaptability and a proactive attitude are essential
Allocated time to engage in online learning
Training:
Full training and support throughout
Personalised monthly tutor visits in the workplace
Training Outcome:
The successful applicant will be driven and have a desire to develop their professional career. They will be a genuinely hard worker – we are happy to teach the rest.
We are a rapidly growing business, so there will be opportunity to progress into a variety of different roles across all departments dependant on the successful applicant’s preferences, interests and suitability at the end of the apprenticeship.

Working Hours :
Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm.
