Salary: £50,000 + Package + Overtime
Shift Pattern:  Monday - Friday 50k

We are seeking a reliable and technically strong  Engineer to join a ssingle man site  on a high-profile static commercial site in Aldgate East, London. This is an excellent long-term opportunity with real scope for career progression into senior and lead engineering roles.

Key Responsibilities:

Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on all M&E systems

Electrical and mechanical fault-finding, repairs, and minor installations

Working to all health & safety procedures including LOTO and PTW

Responding to building services issues efficiently and professionally

Maintaining client satisfaction through top-level service delivery

Candidate Requirements:

18th Edition (electrical bias) or mechanical equivalent qualification

NVQ / C&G Level 3 in Building Services or Electro-Mechanical disciplines

Solid experience in commercial building maintenance

Strong fault-finding ability and ownership mindset

Good understanding of health & safety systems, including LOTO and PTW

Professional, self-motivated, and reliable with strong communication skills
