Key responsibilities include: - Advising on equality and discrimination issues. - Managing and leading employment tribunals. - Expertise in redundancy and restructure, employment terminations, and TUPE agreements. - Conducting client meetings and leading complex negotiations. - Reviewing and drafting a variety of contracts. - Supporting clients through their cases and managing your own caseload. - Supervising and mentoring junior team members.
