Customer Service L2 Apprentice Estate Agent

 We are seeking a motivated and presentable Apprentice to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their career in the commercial property sector. No prior experience is required as full training will be provided, with the potential to gain valuable experience and professional qualifications in the field.

Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to the consultancy and surveying teams Answer telephone calls and respond to email enquiries from clients and customers Assist with the preparation of reports, documents, and correspondence Maintain accurate records and filing systems Liaise with clients, customers, and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner Support the organisation of meetings and appointments Carry out any other duties as required to support the team

Training:

Compete Apprenticeships and Training will provide comprehensive training to the Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 Apprenticeship Standard along with Functional Skills where necessary.

Training Outcome:

You will achieve Apprenticeship Standard Customer Service Practitioner Level 2.

Our clients range from private individuals and pension funds to charities and Local Authorities. As Chartered Surveyors and RICS registered valuers we carry out formal RICS Valuations and professional work for numerous purposes. These include SIPP/Pension fund valuations, HMRC compliant Probate valuations, Expert appointments for family matters and private client instructions.

Working Hours :
Monday to Friday (no weekends). Shifts to be confirmed.
