Learning general butchery skills and gaining knowledge including:

Breaking down carcases Serving customers Making sausages Boning, rolling and tying joints Managing the counter display

Training:
Butcher Level 2 Apprenticeship Standard

Training Outcome:
Become a full-time qualified Butcher

Employer Description:
Willow Brook Farm Shop is a traditional Butchers and Farm Shop. We are a family run business and produce our own beef.

Working Hours :
Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm. May include some weekends.
