The Role:

They are seeking a Customer Support / Service Engineer to join their expanding team.

This pivotal position entails providing on-field support for the companys products and overseeing global system commissioning.

Extensive product training will be provided.

Requirements:

? Previous experience working as a Service Engineer or in a similar role.
? Background in electro-mechanical systems with logical fault diagnosis skills
? Previous exposure to international servicing and commissioning, preferably in an industrial environment.
? HNC or above in Electrical/Electronic or Mechanical Engineering (preferred)
? Ability to generate accurate reports and solid general IT skills
? Customer-facing competence with training delivery capabilities
? Comfortable with international travel and occasional work at heights
